Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Skrive ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

License

Skrive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial writing purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store terms.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Skrive. The App stores your content locally on your device. We do not access, read, or claim any rights to your writing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App.

Purchases and Payments

Skrive is free to download with a 14-day trial. After the trial, a one-time in-app purchase is required to unlock full access. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. The purchase is non-consumable and grants permanent access across all your Apple devices signed into the same Apple ID.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Skrive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skrive and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or content.

Data and Backups

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content. While Skrive stores your files locally, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or any other cause.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
